Why do you want to join youthpower

How I want to make an Impact

I have been involved in youth leadership and women's empowerment for about 4 years in Zimbabwe and having ,mentored over 120 young women (tertiary students) in leadership and personal development with SRHR being the entry point. This experience has motivated me to be part of this team as it young leaders from all over who have experience which i can input into based on my experience and alos provides an opportunity for me to learn and grow as an individual. This growth, i believe will also have a ripple effect in terms of influencing the nature of programs i undertake in the constituencies that i work in. I believe that women and girls are the solutions to the problems that they face and if given the opportunity they can dismantle the institutions which normalize their oppression, hence i strongly believe that being part of the Youth Led team I can take home lessons and best practices from other youth leaders and together our efforts can input into the future we dream of

I hold a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Peace and Governance from Bindura University of Science Education. I also certified in Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation
