How I want to make an Impact

Face au taux élevé de chômage les plus jeunes dans notre ville de Bukavu face à, j'ai eu l'idée de créer une entreprise avec seulement 10 jeunes actionnaires. Les jeunes partenaires sont également employés dans l'entreprise où ils reçoivent un revenu pour soutenir leurs différents besoins. En partenariat avec les petits producteurs locaux, nous produisons des produits agro-alimentaires qui sont consommés et appréciés dans la ville. Merci à ce modèle d'affaires, qui utilise le savoir-faire des jeunes, notre société est devenue une source d'inspiration pour d'autres jeunes dans la ville.

Short biography

In response to the high unemployment faced by most young people in our city of Bukavu, I had the idea of creating a company made up solely of young people as shareholders. The young partners are also employed in the company in which they receive an income to support their various needs. Through this model of entrepreneurship, our company has become a source of inspiration for other young people in society.

What I need

We need more training on new technologies for processing certain key products such as onions, tomatoes, fruits, potatoes, etc. Our vision is to employ more young and equip them with the capacity to start their own businesses, so we do not yet have sufficient resources to acquire large equipment that can enable us to increase our production to employ more young.
