My vision for the Westnile Youths is an inclusive platform from the grassroots to the policy making levels and on to leadership positions.
A platform where the thoughts, ideas, concerns and complaints of young people are not just heard but listened to. Enabling and encouraging constructive dialogue that filters down and comes together to light up the way to a representative and bright tomorrow for the youth of today. Contrary to the traditional wisdom, youth are not the leaders of tomorrow. We are the leaders of today. As such we must seize the opportunities availed us and strive to achieve as much positive change as we can. Ours is a creative community, an innovative team, and by definition a global force for change. By channeling our creativity, our diverse and disparate experiences into meaningful engagement in decision making processes we are able today to shape our own destiny. As an ever growing demographic, its on us to find ways in which we are able to contribute as partners when planning and implementing change we wish to see
