Why do you want to join youthpower

How I want to make an Impact

My three friends and I are currently involved in a project to establish and register a non-profit organisation in which we would volunteer to provide mentoring and coaching assistance to our previous high school current students as well as helping them get bursaries, this is because we have personally experienced how there is lack of information in relation to career guidance and furthering studies after matric in our community which is a disadvantage and contributes to the social-ills which we grew up under which does not have to necessarily always be the case. I am moreover passionate about Community as well as International Development but in specific on the vulnerable in society such as the homeless, child headed families, the disabled and youth development and so I volunteer whenever the need arise for me to do so, be it giving legal advice, career advice or anything alike. And so thus as I have alluded, I am very passionate about nation and community building and I know that with the right skills, networking and the very best knowledge I will gain from this youth programme I will carry this out most definitely.

What I need

I want to be able to contribute in whatever way possible towards advancing others lives to be better and for all that I can be able to impact to also be afforded the opportunities that are available for them to live the best life possible, making impact so intense that the only thing that I would ever think of would be who else to empower. At the end of the day I seek to make networking opportunities with other change driven and passionate youth like me who together and them will always think of assisting others the best possible way we can without advancing our own selves. This is a cause that I hope to live for.
