Atika Ibnat Shafa has more than five years of working experience in the non- profit/charity sector. She has been working with Girl's Club American Center Dhaka as a Youth Leader, she helped a community of indigenous girls (10-25) to protect themselves while getting harassment on the street. Therefore she serves as a Core Committee member at VSO Alumni Association Bangladesh and National Youth engagement Network where she mostly works with urban and rural youth clubs to fight the community issues. These experiences helped Atika to develop he thyself to build the global network, true leadership strategy and getting mixed with multicultural. Atika finds her happiness through volunteerism. she even believes that change comes when people of all ages gather together.
Youth lead org is a kind of a platform that young changemakers like me would be highly interested in to be a part of as it's not a organization only it's a home for the like minded people and changemakers around the globe who are trying to bring about the change in their own community which is why I want to join Youth Lead Organization.
