Due to poor leadership and undemocratic ways of ruling the country which led to war that caused a number of children and women recruited by armed groups and violated their rights and are primarily used as spies ,sex slave, so because of this, these children are separated from their families, deprived of their right to education ,their liberty and treated as security threats instead of being viewed as threats, and exposed to serious physical and emotional trauma, so all effect have a profound negative impact on them’s long-term physical, emotional and cognitive development, so due this problem that is why I am ChangeMaker in my community because of all difficulties that are far from being resolved.

So through my experience as a communication officer I took care of communication inside and outside organization, manage and supply the website and electronic account. So I serve as a bridge between organization and external partner. my biggest task was to mobilize fund to finance activities through online campaigns of funds raising. while around one year I was able to carried out two successful campaigns and raise money for coaching and educate effectively 700 children and train more than 50 women in dressmaking and improve their living conditions. so that is the reason as to why I am so motivated to join this program.
