Codemessy

I volunteered to lead a tech community in my school and home area, Women Techmakers Nyeri, where I organize and hold workshops and trainings for youth to equip them with coding skills which they can use to come up with digital solutions to the problems we face. We are also focused in eliminating the gender gap in the field of technology by encouraging more women to join the field and supporting them by sourcing resources and mentors to guide them in their careers.
Joining Youth Lead will give me a wider community to reach out to and serve and challenge my beliefs and perspectives on life problems.
