Ojamalia Priscilla Godwins has over 7 years of experience in various fields bordering on community development including Nutrition, Disaster management, Teaching, Volunteering and Assessments. Currently, Priscilla is the Programs Coordinator at Intervention Strategy for Nutritional Health Initiative (ISNHI), where SHE focuses on overseeing all Nutrition related project activities. Organizing trainings, meetings, workshops and other activities, Supports planning and coordination of all programs and its activities. Ensures implementation of policies and practices. Develops work plans, budgets and progress reports on projects as required by the organization donors and partners. Maintains budget and track expenditures/transactions, Helps build positive relations within the team and external parties. Schedule and organizes meetings/events. SHE also organizes and participate in community mobilization, facilitation and training, Engages in community needs assessment, Participates in project implementation, Operates as a stakeholder in healthcare and education service delivery, Participates in brainstorming and decision making processes, Participates in Measurement and Evaluation, Hazard Spotting and Volunteering for Disaster Management, Involve in risk and vulnerability assessment, and serve as a community Nutrition ambassador/partner with Strategy and Innovation for Development Initiatives. Ojamalia holds a MASTERS in Disaster Risk Management. Ojamalia is Motivated by her quest to make a change and save lives through humanitarian relief guide, people motivation and community development, and is driven by the need to tackle the complex issues of recent times, while being Committed to mentoring younger ones on leadership and community development issues. Is a young changemaker, Ojamalia plans to further institute nutrition programs, disaster management strategies and education for all, in the actualization of SDG's 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 11
