I have more than 5 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Prior working with Open Government Partnership (Washington DC) to advance the new frontiers of citizen participation, through direct citizen engagement, inclusion, and then leading the international NGO “Leadership Development Association”, to help young people develop their personal and professional skills by working in an international environment, to give every youngster an opportunity to become leader and change-makers in their community to solve complex problems of our societies.

In the position of President for LDA Balkan I have been involved in the overall management of the organization including but not limited to events, conferences, international exchanges to strengthen youth leadership, personal and professional youth development for LDA Albania and the LDA Kosovo branch.

While I continued my computer science studies, I have been engaged in several youth organizations with a wide scope of activities including human rights, environment, governance, social care programs under the leadership of organizations like AEGEE, AIESEC, Beyond Barriers, Rotaract Tirana, Albanian Youth Network etc.

Moreover, I can truly define my vision as a leader of a non-profit youth organization is to empower youth through collaboration, by knowledge sharing, networking, promoting innovation and persistent talent improvement, building stronger trust by growing with integrity, growing peace by leading with equality, and achieving extraordinary results by connecting people with people, people with ideas, and people with opportunities.
