Short biography
Ricky Orenia is a youth development specialist by trade and is founder and director of Skillz East Africa, a social enterprise that supports talent development, working with young people to design creative spaces, annual events, workshops and media campaigns. Over his career he has developed strong leadership youth integration capacity development, mobilizing and engaging young people. He has extensive experience designing and facilitating youth and community trainings and workshops to facilitate meaningful and sustainable partnerships at individual, institutional and policy level. Utilizing creative and innovative youth-cantered participatory methods Ricky’s passion is to enable positive social and behaviour change with vulnerable communities across Uganda
