This article describes the gap between Youths Education and Skills needed in this century. Research has shown that most graduates of universities are not employable because they lack vital skills needed for their employability. This article points out clearly the problem in the education sector in not adequately addressing skills and also recommend vital solutions to tackle the menace. It is written by Adebiyi, Kehinde Oreoluwa- Youth Lead Ambassador, Nigeria.
