According to the OECD, less than half of the young citizens trust their governments. As a result, many young people feel that trying to influence policy is a losing game. However, in this webinar, the OECD stresses the importance of youth voices in determining the political direction of their communities and countries.

The world faces many different kinds of challenges. Young people around the globe can be important participants in solving some of these crises. In recent years, the global community has faced challenges completely unlike anything in human history. From the spread of disease to the erosion of democracy, modern problems require intergenerational cooperation to solve.
