Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship in Asia-Pacific: Lessons for a Human-centred Recovery
In the recovery steps of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is crucial to keep youth at the forefront. One of the most effective ways of doing so is considering how to integrate youth into the workforce, now and in the future. The aim of this webinar is to share knowledge amongst key stakeholders (including youth, government representatives, and more) "of effective youth employment and entrepreneurship interventions in the COVID-19 recovery." This webinar specifically focuses on the region of Asia and the Pacific, where the pandemic has had disproportionate impacts on youth aged 15-24 years. Action must be taken in order to ensure their inclusion in the labor market, which will ensure a chance at improving socioeconomic inequalities.
