Join YouthLead and The Creative Development Lab (Creative Associates International) for a webinar on social media advocacy for young changemakers. Participants will learn key concepts and strategies that will be useful for young changemakers to take their digital advocacy skills to the next level. This training is designed for individuals with existing familiarity with social media for personal use would like to learn how to use social media platforms to advocate for a local cause.

The Creative Development Lab promotes and channels new approaches to development challenges with a focus on development through science, technology, innovation, and partnerships. Our approach embodies the Principles of Digital Development, including human-centered design, designing for scale and sustainability, and addressing privacy and security. Leveraging the latest in technology and applied research, the Creative Development Lab works on blended learning, big data, geospatial science, development operations and civic technology in Creative’s own programs and with other partners and outside clients.

Amanda Quinn - Specialist, Media & Technology for Development Amanda Quinn – Specialist, Media & Technology for Development
 Amanda joined Creative’s Development Lab in February 2019, where she focuses on media and technology solutions across Creative’s       programs. Previously, she worked on data coding and analysis for conflict early warning and peacebuilding programs in West Africa. Her favorite   social media platform is Instagram. 

 

 

Leo Senai – Manager, Technology for Communities in Transition Leo Senai – Manager, Technology for Communities in Transition
 Leo joined Creative’s Development Lab in April 2019, where he supports with the adoption and use of technology for projects related to electoral   integrity, democracy, governance, peace and stabilization. His favorite social media platform is LinkedIn.
