The potential of youth civil society, which is most representative of the largest youth generation in history, is relatively untapped. With the right support and opportunities, youth civil society is possibly the greatest opportunity we have to scale new development approaches today. This report collates research, discussions and evidence into the state of youth civil society, carried out as part of the Development Alternative. It sets out the current challenges faced by a diverse youth civil society and outlines the shared vision and necessary actions needed to better build and support a thriving global youth civil society.
