During the signature of Malian peace agreement in 2015 between the government and army group, one of the negociation point was about the transitional justice.
Transitional justice consists of judicial and non-judicial measures implemented in order to redress legacies of human rights abuses. it include criminal prosecutions, thruth commissions, reparations programs and various kinds of institutional reforms.
so we did 13 recommandations to the truth commission to accelerate the processus and make it effectively.
