In 2015, The Guyana National Youth Council (GNYC) educated the young populace of Guyana through the "Vote Like A Boss” (VLAB) Campaign on the electoral process and governance through public engagements and consultations. The success of these projects was tied to several factors, one of which was proper project planning.
