We are excited to announce the new YouthLead Ambassadors: 18 young changemakers from a pool of over 600 applicants from more than 85 countries were carefully selected to lead, engage and support various social change and positive youth development activities with other young changemakers in their local communities and globally.

The YouthLead Ambassadors have a proven track record in mobilizing other young changemakers and youth through their activities. The Ambassadors are taking part in a six-month volunteer program and will play a key role in bringing the benefits of YouthLead to national, regional, and local groups of changemakers. They will also help to grow YouthLead’s global reach.

As part of the program, the YouthLead Ambassadors will implement activities to make YouthLead more relevant to changemakers in their networks and communities.  They will add value to other changemakers’ professional growth, and generate youth engagement and peer-to-peer networking.

Click on each Ambassador’s photo above to learn more about them. Connect with them to grow your network and stay engaged. Stay tuned for more updates on the Ambassadors and what they’re up to!

Also announcing our new YouthLead Ambassador Peer Advisors!

The YouthLead Peer Advisor program builds on the suggestion of our first YouthLead Ambassador cohort and deepens the opportunity for young changemakers to support their peers. YouthLead Peer Advisors have been selected from the first cohort of YouthLead Ambassadors to share their insights and experience, and  will work collaboratively with YouthLead Ambassadors to offer guidance and support to the new Ambassadors.
