OXFAM Intermón, a través de su plataforma web nos comparte la guía gratuita: Lenguaje No Sexista: Tips para evitar el uso sexista del lenguaje cotidiano:

"La discriminación de género es una realidad que vemos reflejada muy a menudo y en actos muy cotidianos. El idioma castellano, por ejemplo, contiene formas y expresiones que mantienen al margen al género femenino y que se llevan utilizando muchos años. A pesar de que es algo que está muy presente en nuestra forma de comunicarnos, con un pequeño esfuerzo podemos evitar esta discriminación.

En esta guía te damos algunos consejos sobre cómo cambiar estos hábitos. En ella podrás:

  • Analizar el sexismo en el lenguaje.
  • Conocer casos concretos que se utilizan muy a menudo.
  • Identificar nuevas formas de comunicarte renunciando al sexismo.
  • Reflexionar sobre el cambio en el paradigma comunicativo.

De esta forma, podrás añadir poco a poco pequeños cambios que pueden suponer un gran paso para eliminar el sexismo en el lenguaje. De forma progresiva, te acostumbrarás a expresarte de forma más equitativa y descubrirás expresiones que enriquecerán tu vocabulario. "
