This video was initiated by the members of the Youth Advisory Board (YAB) through the Up to Youth Activity supported by USAID. Up to Youth is a five-year activity committed to improving the capacities and enabling the aspirations of youth so that they can contribute to and benefit from more stable, democratic, and prosperous communities.
Psychologist Fitim Uka, YAB members Besa Berisha, Alisa Bajgora, and Roni Veseli, and peer supporter Era Bujupaj speak about breaking the stigma around mental health for young people.
Subtitles are available in English, Serbian, and Albanian.
