The International Theatre Project aims to support inclusivity, education, and creativity in communities all around the world through the creation of theatre. They host several programs designed around the specific needs of young people around the world. These could be great opportunities for young leaders who would like to bring theatre into their communities OR for creative young people looking to lend their talents to a large international project.
Their main programs include Rising Voices, in which people from disadvantaged areas can perform theatre in and for their communities; Open Doors, a program specifically for immigrant communities in the United States; and the Stefan Nowicki that awards kids from Rwanda and South Africa a chance to attend summer theatre camp in the United States.
