On the occasion of Human Rights Day, December 10th, Generations Together is disseminating two short videos (3-4 minutes each) of young activists sharing insights and advice for adults on how to partner with them. They are also sharing a link to a speech made by a youth activist on UN Day, October 2021 presenting compelling reasons for collaboration among generations to respond to climate injustice and social injustice.
They encourage agencies and individuals supporting children and young people’s participation and activism to watch and discuss these videos, to consider strategic and practical ways that you can strengthen your partnerships with and support for young activists. The young activists have given their permission for these videos to be used for awareness raising and training purposes.
