Check out this simple infographic on Self Esteem, that explores what self-esteem is, what can affect it, and how it can be raised?

Self-esteem has a major impact on ones mental health. Self-esteem is defined as ones " overall subjective sense of personal worth or value". It can be impacted by several factors such as, age, physical ability, socioeconomic status and more. Some key ways to improve self-esteem are, being more aware of negative thoughts and using positive self-talk.

Most importantly, if you are not feeling well, make sure to talk to a trusted person.
