Staying connected online can be an exciting and fulfilling experience, but it is not without its moments of stress and anxiety. This guide, "5 ways to better mental health online" provides a few useful tips on how to get a positive experience for yourself and others online, while controlling negative feelings like stress, doom, envy, and anxiety. 

To highlite one tip, tip #2 is Be Mindful. Your wellbeing starts in your mind. Fortunately, online we can find a miraid of resources that can help us take better care of our minds. For example, videos but motivational speakers, apps to assist in mediation, and online activities to help us rest our minds.
