This report demonstrates how youth participation, at all levels of decision making, builds good governance structures. It explores the opportunities and the barriers that exist for young people engaging in governance processes and supports a standalone on goal on governance in the post-2015 development agenda, with the role of young people clearly defined as part of this goal.
