This database of Czech public spending aims to
- make information on state and local government finances clear and comprehensible
- show the relationships between state contracts, public contracts, companies and firms (holding companies), political party sponsors and politicians
- identify wastage and abuse of power in offices
- increase public scrutiny of public funds
- collate multiple public databases into one place
Young changemakers in the Czech Republic and abroad can use this database for analysis and to inform their work in the Czech Republic.
