- Mentor Everywhere Mentoring Agreement Worksheet - This is a worksheet created by Mentorship Everywhere that helps the mentor and the mentee to define what is important to the mentee. It includes specific areas or concerns that the mentor/mentee wants to address during the mentor relationship, what they would like to gain from the mentor/mentee relationship, what they value in life, their current challenges, and what they are currently tolerating.
