According to a recent study, only 54 percent of women have access to senior leaders who act as mentors at work. Why does this matter? Because mentorship is a key catalyst for career advancement. Mentors help us navigate our journeys, guide us through hurdles, and push us out of our comfort zones. But what does it take to begin a successful mentorship?
To answer that question, I asked successful women from my network—including one of my own mentees—to share their keys to a successful mentorship.
