Leaders in the 8th district were given research to do. The research is an investigation that they did to take a census of women that were sexually abused during the war in 2013 in Central African Republic. Those women did not have courage to denounce their oppressors and to reach a hospital in order to test their blood. In fact, they need to do so because they will be taken in charge and their lives will be extended. If they do not accept to test their blood or to denounce their oppressors, that is certain they are going to die if they have HIV/AIDS.
