TITLE -The Girl Education Campaign
Doing campaign in the West Nile region of Uganda in the districts of Arua, Maracha and Koboko providing for over 5000 female students with life skills and sanitary towels. The West Nile region has the highest numbers of girls who drop out of schools then boys every year. Here economic factors are primarily to blame and pregnancy is the second cause for girls to leave school. I committed myself as a young change maker to ensure that girls remain and keep in school. The pains and discomfort of menstrual periods is another factor. The inability to afford safe, hygienic and reliable sanitary towels. The pain is natural, but the period poverty can definitely be solved. I want to help over 5000 girls out in rural schools in the West Nile region. When the village men come in to help. They need a return, that is sex, when they deny, they rape them a times. I want to completely do away with teenage pregnancies. YOUTHLEAD help me keep the girl child in school.
