TITLE -Empower vulnerable young girls
Young girls are the most vulnerable. One of the problems that vulnerable girls face is their poor access and retention in the vocational training circuit. As a result, girls miss opportunities for decent, remunerative jobs and expose them to poverty, forced marriages, early pregnancies, and juvenile delinquency.
My action aims to empower young girls by offering them a professional qualification allowing them to access decent and profitable jobs. Young girls are encouraged to follow the same training trades as others. It is therefore a question of offering the same opportunities to young boys and girls to improve their living conditions.
A girl trained and accompanied to access a job is a family that is directly affected. Through my actions :
-Girls' access to market-oriented vocational training is facilitated,
-Young girls access decent jobs and improve their living conditions and that of their families,
-Young girls are equipped to be actors who contribute to socio-economic development in their community.
