TITLE -Education for All
The picture illustrates the importance of education and literacy for Socio-economic development of any country or region. The picture was taken somewhere in Tennessee in September, 2016 during my trip to the U.S pursuing Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship in Educational Administration, Planning and Policy from Vanderbilt University. The picture I have chosen for the contest to provide an insight of how education may contribute in overall human development, peace, inclusion and harmony. It also demonstrates that how education leads to prosperity, and mutual sharing. In this picture a fellow who is head of the mostly boys school in Jamaica was inspired by the statue of the frog reading with great joy in peaceful environment. It inspired me in a way that how that statue encouraging the message of education and promoting reading habits that many policy makers have failed to achieved.
