Welcome! The YouthLead Mentorship Initiative is open to all YouthLead members. On this page, young changemakers have access to content, learning resources, and mentorship networks to enhance your leadership skills and support your professional growth. YouthLead will regularly post mentorship-focused resources and information, host learning and capacity-strengthening events with YouthLead partners, mentorship programs, and networks, and host open discussion boards on topics identified by its YouthLead members. Mentorship Event Series
Join us as we continue the YouthLead Mentorship Initiative through a series of learning and partner events. This learning series was developed through the feedback we received from YouthLead members during the Mentorship Initiative launch and has been designed to support individuals interested and involved in all aspects of mentorship by focusing on:

Learning from established mentorship tools and frameworks,

Furthering the development mentorship knowledge and practices, and

Applying practical mentoring advice or information.
More information on each session in this series can be found below. Check back often and on the discussion board, as more information will be shared when available. Attendees are encouraged to take part in all Mentorship Initiative events in the coming year, but single event participation is also encouraged.

Become a YouthLead Mentorship Partner!
The new Mentorship Initiative on YouthLead.org is a dedicated place on the platform for YouthLead members to access mentorship-focused resources and information, learning events, skill-building, and networking opportunities. With the help of Mentorship Partners, YP2LE will grow the initiative to include a network of mentorship programs and mentor networks that will play a significant role in contributing to mentorship-focused content and capacity building for YouthLead’s global network of more than 12,000 young changemakers.
