We produce vegetable and fruit and provide to marginalized women in our community they sell and we share profit. Our idea reduce the long supply chain and provide the end consumers with quality product, fresh and cheap, as women sale directly to the community around Kibamba ward, our farm act as hub for community vegetable consumption, Our idea is to sale our product to low income earners where affordability is everything. Our Product include tomatoes, Cabbage,Onion , Spinach Amarathas, Cucumbers, Okra, Egg plant, Chinese cabbage. we have a network 150HH who purchase our product/day.
Our company posed several social impacts on employment opportunities, we have a number of 5 people who are permanent employees and 2 people who are part time employees. We are expecting this number to increase and reach to 15 at the end of year 2020 since we are on process to expand our services and operations to other wards. Our company provides full package of product which cost around $20 per-day with profit sharing model, They earn on average $5 as profit/day making their return on time invested substantial as a result their income status increased from $2 to $5 per day and we expect as we expand their will increase up to $8-$10 by 2021. company have has bring changes to a large number of poor households (50 in year 2017) by establishing good health and their financial stability and manage to take their children to schools and provide basic needs for their families we expect to expand to 500 by 2025 and we create an environment that won't intimidate the novice user. Our will position itself as an educational resource for individuals wishing to learn about the benefits the consumption has to offer. And to be used as the training place for other youth.
