This campaign Is West Nile Youth Empowerment Centre's Initiative that seeks to Spread information to the rural Communities on COVID19 to prevent the Spread of Covid19 among the people of Arua District

1. Prevention of Covid19: This is the core of Tualu Ama Ecora Campaign that seeks to spread information on prevention of Covid19 among the people of Arua District
2. Innovative and engaging communication materials: Tualu Ama Ecora Campaign raises awareness of Youth, Women and Men through materials and messaging on situations that encourage people to question their attitudes, believes and behaviors.
3. Positive-Based campaign: Tualu Ama Ecora Campaign moves the discourse on COVID19 from Blame-Based approach and Confrontational activism ta a Benefit-Based approach that promotes involvement by all and benefit to all
4. Community Based Door to Door campaigning focusing on individual attitude and behaviors change Tualu Ama Ecora Campaign focuses on Influencing personal change of attitudes and behaviors of Youth, Men and Women and What they can do within their sphere of influence to stop Covid19

To increase awareness on COVID19 in Arua District
“Tualu Ama Ecora” Campaign Will:
1. Mobilize all sections of society to act and prevent Covid19
2. Increase information on COVID19 in grassroots Communities through door to door information dissemination among the public regarding the COVID19 and how best to save ourselves from being victims of this pandemic using the Ministry of health and World Health Organization Guide lines
KEY MESSAGES OF “TUALU AMA ECORA” CAMPAIGN
1. Wash your hands frequently
2. Avoid touching your eyes, mouth and nose
3. Cover your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze.
4. Avoid crowded places
5. Stay at home if you feel unwell - even with a slight fever and cough
6. If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical care early - but call by phone first
7. Stay aware of the latest information from Ministry of Health and WHO

14 days starting Monday 2nd of May 2020 and area of Operations include Oluko,Dadamu,Vurra, PAJULU, Ayivuni sub-counties and Arua municipality
