I am the coordinator of the Students and Young Professionals activities at SpaceOps. We organize a workshop, a speed mentoring and technical tour events for the young generation up to 35 years old. This is important because it gives the opportunity to the young generation to meet and compare with senior managers, be mentored and learn. They will be the leaders of tomorrow.
