- Objective 2: An enabling environment is cultivated in schools or community-based organizations and communities to foster equal collaboration amongst young people.
- Objective 3: A network of participants, stakeholders, and partners at the community and national levels better promote girls’ increased skills and opportunities.
The Community Action Plan of a "Bright Future" team from Osh city on the north of Kyrgyzstan demonstrated the problem of a child abuse. The team has invited a psychologist to conduct a three days training on mutual understanding between 25 parents and their children, so that they could negotiate without using any kind of abuse, be it physical or mental. Interactive meeting for parents and psychologist sessions demonstrated the consequences of domestic violence through videos and theatre scenes showing feelings and emotions teenagers experience when they are exposed to domestic violence. On the last day of the training parents released the balloons into the air, introducing their children to "free flight".
