F4 and Youth Fly teams of Osh city have developed a project on conducting a two day camp for 32 school students from Osh city on improving their soft and hard skills. During the camp students had an intensive useful program, where they have learned how to distinguish dreams from plans, used the SMART method, how to come out of a comfort zone, met motivational speakers and created friendly platform.
Participants of the camp shared that they learned to plan their future and not to be scared of beginning something new. As a result, three participants became volunteers in NGOs after the camp and others settled with their future profession.
