I am a survivor of sexual abuse. I would like to share my experience for my own healing, how can i access your platform?
Let them Speak is a youth led campaign created as a platform for the general public and victims and survivors to speak out on Sexual and Gender Based Violence.
Men and women can all be victims of SGBV, however most victims stay silent, this is mostly because of the lack of platforms for them to speak out and be helped. For some reason society has made it difficult for victims to speak out on issues of SGBV.
At Let Them Speak, we believe speaking about SGBV is one way of fighting against SGBV. A crime that is never reported is a crime that goes unpunished. Our hope is to link victims with the relevant help (social services) that they need.
We can't let people suffer in silence, it is our time to speak out against SGBV, let's do this!! Let them Speak.
