From the outcome of the study, we found that the economic insolvency of the respondents is the main reason behind mental stress experienced among internally displaced females in the Moghbazer slum area. Some of the female respondents mentioned health issues. Because there is no clinic at all in that slum area and they need to travel far away during emergency situations. The sanitation system is very poor and it creates a lot of mental stress among women especially during menstruation.
The most important outcome is to know more about security issues. It has created a lot of tension in this area. Because the slum area is situated near the railroad, and often some of the children are killed because of the sudden trains arrive without any signal or warnings.In this Moghbazer slum area, some sexual abuse has occurred during the night at the side of the railway tracks.
In this outcome, the water problem is among the most identified problems by internally displaced women in the Moghbazer slum area because all of the water taps have been stopped because of low maintenance. For that reason, the females need to carry big water containers for the family fromfar distances.
The respondents have mentioned that food access is also a concerning matter for them because of low income. They included that it is a tough situation for them, whether to buy food or water with inadequate income sources.
