ABOUT THIS PROJECT

We subject every trainee to a challenge so as to identify their main interests, strengths, and weaknesses. The orientation challenge is designed to bring out their creative and innovative side. After this evaluation, we then match them with a relative skill(s) depending on their interests. The hub engages them with free programs such as designing skills and innovative networking. The program is designed to be short but practical and effective. After a successful completion; some are offered internships and employment for the real-work experience. Entrepreneurship is at the center of every program; thus, in the future would like to create a market place for different innovations under one roof. Failure to engage school leavers who are in the interim to college or university has resulted in a community of young people with uncertainties that have undermined community skills development. Yet, we believe that every person is talented differently and uniquely. Identifying these talents and align them with a relative skill(s) is our goal.

Thank you. We go all the way up to motion graphics. Universities in my country don't have these programs, it has become a self-taught aspect to many young people with passion.
