Helps reduce youth unemployment rate by helping companies expand their business, thus stimulating job creations. The program helped create 4,066 new jobs, of which over 30% were held by youth. EMPOWER has engaged in other industries, such as wood, apparel, information communication technologies (ICT), and provided internships, while maintaining youth as the ultimate beneficiaries of the projects. Over 3,000 people, mostly youth have benefited from the skills enhancement that resulted with over 50% of employment.
