In Sub-Saharan Africa, which Chad is a part, young people and women represent more than 80% of the population. This fringe of the population lives in extreme precariousness and hopelessness. From this view, Entrepreneurship is the excellent path for improving their lives. Entrepreneurship? Yes! But a major problem that deserves to be highlighted: It is a screaming lack of supports to empower young people and women in the entrepreneurial adventure, by offering to them the training which adapted to their realities and the support up for the growth phase. It should be noted that, even if the environment is proper, youth and women are trying all their best to lunch start ups and other kind of organizations. However, 85% of Startups and Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) do not survive the 2nd year of activity due to the lack of the needed supports. Noted, if these businesses survival and continue to grow, they will contribute to the creation of wealth in the country by creating more jobs and paying taxes.
