The program leveraged on the Technology to engage search for and engage the youths in an imitation of a reality show. They were gathered in a closed WhatsApp and Telegram groups, trained in different areas like Design Thinking, Vocational skills, writing and public speaking and Leadership. They were given tasks to do and were graded based on their performances. The focus of the program was on identifying and magnifying their inherent talents and we were able to identify very awesome and budding talents among them
Acknowledging Real Talent Contest
At the outbreak of Covid-19, I drafted and implemented a program through my organization that engaged the youths who were basically Tertiary institution students in an online training contest.

The top 3 winners used the money won to procure things needed to boost their works. The first winner who happens to be a song artiste used the money won to procure Mini studio equipment, she's currently working on her new single and video The second winner who is a Fashion Designer used the money won to procure mannequins for her business The third winner who is a visual artist has purchased some drawing materials and has started drawing more often than before. One of the top 10 finalists made a gown with a needle and thread without machine One of the participants who was compelled to learn Graphics design during the program has started his own establishment called Sultan Signatures
