We work with local governments in developing platforms for young people to be involved in the decision making process of their local communities. Our program also provides a basic course on sustainable development, community leadership, financial literacy, social entrepreneurship, and other relevant 21st century skills young people need to integrate into the workforce of today. After undergoing the course, a hackathon is then launched where the program participants are challenged to create sustainable solutions to issues found in their villages with the support of experts we secure from our partner organizations (such as the UN, ADB, and The Climate Reality Project, among many others). The projects developed are then assessed by a panel and provided seed funding for implementation - creating a wholistic learning experience for participants to apply their learnings to a real life issue in their villages.
