About the Event
More than ever, people and communities everywhere rely on the Sustainable Development Goals to rise to the challenges facing humanity. The United Nations agents believe that the creativity of the response must match the unique nature of those challenges. Moving ahead on the Decade of Action for SDG implementation, it is an opportunity for governments and stakeholders alike to build back better their societies. There is an urgent need for accelerated action by all stakeholders at all levels to achieve the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Empowering the next generation of innovators and change-makers is a key element to accelerating the implementation of the agenda as we are heading the deadline. We need young talents and innovative thinking to collaborate and accelerate innovative solutions within the civil society towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) worldwide.

Our network members are focused on finding solutions by connecting people, ideas, and resources to tackle critical issues affecting young people at home and around the world. We invite you to join YouthLead.org to connect with like-minded young people and mentors. www.youthlead.org
About the YouthPower2: Learning and Evaluation
YP2LE brings the Youth in Development Policy to life by enabling investments in PYD research and evaluation within and across multiple sectors, including health, education, agriculture/food security, economic opportunity, peace and security, democracy, and human rights and governance. YP2LE activities are designed to examine the impact of cross-sectoral youth programming, in collaboration with USAID, YouthPower implementing partners, PYD researchers, youth-led and youth-serving organizations, individual young change-makers, and other relevant stakeholders. The goal of these activities is to give practitioners the information, tools, and resources they need to develop high-quality, impactful, and sustainable youth programs, allowing empowered youth, working with supportive adults, to create sustainable change in individuals and systems through a four-pronged approach. www.youthpower.org
