Making Cents International’s Youth Economic Opportunities (YEO) 2030 Initiative, in partnership with the Global Initiative on Decent Jobs for Youth (DJY) and the International Labour Organization (ILO), will co-host a youth dialogue on investing in a transformative future of work for young people.

The event is based on the Global Employment Trends for Youth (GET Youth) report published biannually by the ILO. In regards to the 2022 edition, this event will focus on two ‘economies’ with considerable potential to create productive jobs for young workers in a transforming future: the green and digital economy. The two economies will be further explored in two separate breakout rooms.
Young people aged 16-35 interested to learn about future trends of the world of work, SDGs, networks and opportunities to shape policy recommendations are particularly encouraged to join.
