Teenage is mysterious phase of one's life, everything starts to change straight from chemical reactions in our mind to the way we feel a touch. A typical student should rejoice this phase with enlightening wisdom towards life but that's not what I have seen and experienced.
Sometimes expectations of our loved ones are not what we dreamt all these ages long. Coming a middle class family( Nominal income group ). Unable to meet the mark of expectations of my father was the deepest sin in my heart.
Emotional wellbeing is as important as physical wellbeing. Seeking some help for your well-being should not be a taboo. Almost most of the suicides are happening just because they are unable to share their trauma,Which is costing life.
During my undergraduation I got an opportunity to volunteer in National Service Scheme the social club of my college and it's a notional program. That where I built a platform to speak up about emotional hygiene. Sometimes a word, a smile and a shoulder to lean can give rebirth to someone's life. I spoke to hundreds of students who are in +1 to undergraduates, I have done nothing great but all my ears to hear them, finding a small ray of hope to smile and start the day again.
Tomorrow might not be like what we wished it should be, little patience and smile can make us witness how beautiful the other day would be.
