<p>Born and raised in difficulty and obscurity, it was a supreme responsibility for my family and I to survive. At the age of 16, I started thinking of dropping out of school in order to work to help my parents cover living expenses. As most of my teachers did not want me to quit school at that time, and my parent's wanting me to pursue my studies, I finally decided to study and work at the same time. It was not easy at all. I spent 3 years of studying and giving extra classes as a part time job. These were the toughest, yet fairly the most challenging moments that provided me with part of the foundation I am making use of. At the age of 19, I met a man who literally changed my life! I met him in an exchange programs event held at the university where I study. This man opened my mind to a whole new world of opportunities; voluntary work opportunities, social engagements opportunities, economic empowerment opportunities, social entrepreneurship opportunities. A world of personal growth and community development opportunities! My journey in these activities started with a club called Be Positive which I am very glad that I have been part of it. Then, I created a club in the faculty where I study. Then, I joined JCI Agadir club. Then, I joined Connect Institute that founded me with soft skills, especially public speaking skills. In 2018, I had the chance to work with the same person who introduced me to these opportunities, but this time he offered me one of the prestigious opportunities that I will be forever grateful for. It is Social Innovative Students program for social entrepreneurship; this program provided me with a strong set of leadership principles; public speaking, communication, critical thinking, networking, design thinking, and business planning skills. Those are the solid foundation I am taking full advantage of to solve personal and community problems. Now, after graduating from the program, I launched few weeks ago my project Public Speaking Mania; which is program aiming at training students in public speaking and debating skills. Public Speaking Mania Academy is growing little by little; I, together with my team, have given many informative lectures about the importance of public speaking and the significant role it plays in solving real-life challenging problems. We also have partnered with JCI Agadir and Master Piece Morocco, and we are negotiating partnership with AJTCD and Atlas For Development associations. As to my future objectives, I am aiming at taking full advantage of the experiences I have been through, and share them with young leaders by creating an online blog that will help to introduce my experience, new friends, cultural enlightenment, and other notable things that can happen to me while exploring the rest of my adventurous journey. A journey I am, undoubtedly, willing to pursue with all the enthusiasm, eagerness, passion, patience and motivation I got. Where my passion is leading me to? I do not know where exactly! But, I know that it is undoubtedly leading me to something greater than ever where I can offer all the power and effort I have to the benefit of youth, at the service of youth, and for the thrive of youth!
