Startup Huddle St. Lucia is a free, monthly program designed to educate, engage and connect entrepreneurs. Every month, entrepreneurs come together to pitch their startup, reveal challenges and crowd-source solutions. From local founders, innovators, educators, and investors, to a global network of entrepreneurial leaders, Startup Huddle St. Lucia provides a unique platform to strengthen the startup community. The event is held on the second Wednesday of each month commencing November 14th 2018 in Castries, St. Lucia.
Two early-stage startups present their companies to a diverse audience of their peers, mentors, educators, and advisers. Prior to presenting, the founder prepares by incorporating lessons from the Kauffman Foundation's School “Powerful Presentations” series, featuring Nathan Gold, and a workshop provided through the Entrepreneurship Readiness Program Inc.
Each founder presents for six minutes, followed by a 10-minute question-and-answer session with the judges, then a 10-minute question-and-answer session with the audience.
Be a part of the Organizers' Forum where you sit in the audience and listen to engaging discussions with our Organizers and Expert Panel. Have burning questions for the panel, let them be heard.
After this successful launch, other chapters will be opened in Dominica, Nicaragua, Guyana, and Trinidad & Tobago in the next coming months.
